Overview:

The design of your office has a huge impact on the patient’s experience and how they perceive your practice. From the layout, décor, how sound is controlled, even the layout of the seating affects the patient’s overall view of your practice.

Some of these also affect your ability to process the patient through their visit efficiently and that too affects your productivity, therefore causing delays and poor patient satisfaction surveys or reviews. During this course we will review common issues w/ design and flow, cover solutions to those attendees can implement in existing offices as well as new, and give attendees tools in the form of Excel files to track current productivity and improvements.
